Uniforms and Insignia Placement
One of the challenges parents have with Cub Scouting, is figuring out where the various patches go on the uniform. In addition to your Scout manuals, the following links and photos will provide guidance:

Some parents use s double-sided adhesive film "Badge Magic", available on-line or from Scout Shops. It comes in sheets printed with common badge shapes. [Similar products can be found at Jo-Ann Fabrics.] Cut out the specific badge shape, peel-off one side of the backing and stick that side to the badge; then peel off the other backing and stick the badge to the uniform. Run the uniform in your clothes dryer to set the adhesive. Badge Magic advises the adhesive may be removable with Goo-Gone.
Other parents use a strong fabric glue, or temporarily paste patches with soluable glue and sew them.
